Project: Serviced Accommodation Sussex - Complete Styling and Staging

Objective: Style and stage a vacant property to create an 'executive' look tailored for business guests, ensuring it was ready for listing on Airbnb and other portals.

Details:

• Scope: I managed this project from start to finish, focusing on crafting a sophisticated, business-friendly ambiance. I carefully selected furniture from various suppliers along with soft furnishings to embody the desired executive but ‘home from home’ style.

• Project Management: I coordinated all aspects, including sourcing and scheduling contractors for cleaning, carpet care, and light redecoration in certain rooms. I was on-site to oversee the furniture delivery, ensuring each item was placed precisely as planned.

• Final Touches: On the final staging day, I dressed the apartment with carefully chosen lamps, curtains, artwork, rugs, and soft furnishings like duvets, cushions, and throws. I also ensured that all essential bathroom-ware, kitchen-ware, and electrical goods were included and installed.

• Photography Prep: I spent a morning staging the apartment specifically for the photographer to capture its best angles for the listing.

Results: The entire project was completed within two weeks, with the first guests arriving just two days after the property was listed on Airbnb.
