Price: £450 for 4 hours

Description: This is generally used as a follow up to a Staging Consultation, but you can book it as a stand-alone service as well.

I help you source and purchase accessories such as cushions, throws, lighting, and artwork to complete the look we envisioned during the consultation.

What's included:

Personalized shopping trip or online shopping with you.

Styling tips as we shop to ensure the pieces align with the staging plan.

Price: Varies. A full home staging package is tailored to your needs, your housing market area and your property's period and style.

Stage 1: Initial Consultation and Report - upfront cost £295 for 1-2 bedroom property (increasing dependent on size of property), deductible from overall package cost.

Description: A full walkthrough of the property where I assess every room and take detailed notes on what is needed for staging. This includes discussing your budget, timeline, and any specific requirements.

Duration: 2-3 hours

What’s covered:

Full assessment of property including furniture and layout, décor, lighting, and wear and tear.

Identification of key areas that need improvement.

Discussion of additional furniture, if needed.

Stage 2: Proposal & Quote

Description: After the initial consultation, you’ll receive a detailed report of recommendations.

At this stage I will also send a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs involved. This includes furniture and accessories purchase (if applicable) and the staging fee. Should you decide to accept the proposal the upfront costs of the consultation will be deducted from the final invoice.

Stage 3: Preparation

Description: A schedule of works will be provided to outline any work that needs to be taken out by yourselves, third party contractors, and by myself for staging. Third party work may include decluttering and cleaning services, minor repairs, refreshment of the paintwork, gardening services - depending on what is outlined in your staging report. At this stage any additional inventory that has been agreed on will be ordered as well.

Stage 4: Staging Day(s)

Description: On the day(s) of staging, I take delivery of any agreed purchased or rented inventory such as furniture, artwork, soft furnishings, and lifestyle accessories. I will style each room to create a cohesive, appealing look that maximizes space and highlights the property’s strengths. All packaging will be removed and the property left ready for photography.

Duration: 1-2 days, depending on the size of the home

Stage 5: Post Staging
